摘要
针对人力资源管理理念在图书馆领域的运用,对图书馆人力资源管理的内涵及其战略意义进行阐述;结合人力资源的特性,着重探讨图书馆人力资源管理的6种管理模式,突出以人为本管理理念的合理运用,并通过各种模式之间的良性互动和积极协调,提高图书馆人力资源的高效配置,增强网络环境下图书馆的核心竞争力。
In terms of the human resource management applied to the library, this paper expatiates on the content and the significance of the library human resource management. In a combination with its characteristics, the paper puts the focus on the discussion of 6 management models of human resources in libraries. On this basis, it shows some ways to improve the core competitive competence of library human resources through the effective cooperation and good interaction among these models.
