摘要
分析开放存取运动兴起的原因,认为科学研究人员非赢利的信息传播动机和利用需求是其存在的前提,而网络为开放存取提供了平台和条件。同时,指出科学研究资助机构、科学家、大学和图书馆是开放存取运动中的重要力量,而国际化合作是开放存取运动的推进器。
This paper analyzes why open access is rising vigorously. It is pointed out that the researcher＇s non-profitable motivation of information propagating and utilization is the presupposition of developing the open access movement and the lnternet provides a platform for the open access movement. The paper also mentions that scienctific foundation institutions, scientists, universities and libraries are important powers for promoting this movement, And the international cooperation is the pushing engine, which plays a key role in accelerating the development of the open access.
