摘要
为探索治疗脑脊液鼻漏的较好方法，利用ＥＣ医用耳脑胶在鼻内窥镜下修补额、筛、蝶窦脑脊液鼻漏五例，均一次手术成功。此种方法的优点是：①病人痛苦小，并发症少；②内窥镜下漏口的部位和大小十分清晰，有利于术中和术后观察；③由于耳脑胶的应用，手术成功率较高；④漏口充填物使用鼻外组织（肌肉和筋膜），可避免鼻腔出血。⑤搔刮漏口周围粘膜及硬膜，有利于耳脑胶与这些组织粘合。并介绍了手术方法。
Fivecasesofcerebrospinalrhinorheainfrontal,ethmoidorsphenoidalsinuswererepairedunderendoscopewithear-headadhesivewithsatisfactoryresults.Theadvantagesofthemethodareasfolows:(1)Thesufferingsofthepatientareminorandintercranialcomplicationsarefewer;(2)Thelocationandsizeofthefistulaareclearunderendoscope;(3)Thesuccessrateishigherduetotheapplicationofear-headadhesive;(4)Withtheuseofmusclesandfasciaeoutsidethenose,thebleedinginnasalcavitymaybeavoided;(5)Thecurettagesofthemucosaaroundthefistu-laandduramaterishelpfultotheadherenceofear-headadhesivewiththesetissues.
