喉癌引流淋巴结淋巴细胞对裸鼠移植人喉癌的治疗观察

为研究喉癌引流淋巴结淋巴细胞（ｌｙｍｐｈｎｏｄｅｌｙｍｐｈｏｃｙｔｅｓ，ＬＮＬ）在体内是否仍然具有抗肿瘤作用，分次向皮下接种了人喉鳞癌瘤系ＰＨＣ３的裸鼠体内转输活化的人喉鳞癌引流ＬＮＬ，观察到治疗组的肿瘤生长明显受到抑制。用间接免疫荧光法分析ＬＮＬ的表型发现：新鲜ＬＮＬ中主要是ＣＤ３＋的Ｔ细胞（６７．８％±１１．３％），其中主要是Ｔｈ／ｉ细胞，Ｔｓ／ｃ较少，ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋比率为３．３０±０．６５。体外ＩＬ－２短期培养细胞无明显增殖，ＣＤ３＋、ＣＤ４＋／ＣＤ８＋无明显改变，但ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ＋、ＣＤ２５＋细胞明显增加，提示活化细胞增加。以上结果证明，喉癌引流ＬＮＬ经ＩＬ－２短期培养后具有体内抗肿瘤能力，可试用于临床肿瘤免疫治疗。
