摘要
以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、二苯基甲烷4,4'-二异氰酸酯(MDI)和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为主要原料合成了反应性聚氨酯热熔胶。研究了不同相对分子质量PTMG、NCO含量、EVA含量对反应性热熔胶力学性能的影响。结果表明,聚醚相对分子质量越大,其柔韧性、伸长率越大;NCO质量分数为4% ̄6%时,其力学性能较好;EVA质量分数为30%时,其综合性能较佳。
The reactive polyurethane hot-melt adhesive was synthesized by using polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG),methylene4,4′-diphenylene diisocyanate(MDI) and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) as main raw materials. The effect of different relative molecular mass PTMG, NCO and EVA contents on mechanical properties of reactive hot-melt adhesive was studied. The results showed that flexibility and elongation of adhesive increased with increasing of polyether relative molecular mass. The mechanical properties of adhesive were better when NCO mass fraction was 4%-6%. The comprehensive performance of adhesive was better when EVA mass fraction was 30%.
