城市规划具备着法的一般特征,其法律价值和社会价值也是学科所关注的根本问题.本文概要介绍了近代西方法理学发展的过程和主要方法论基础.对法理学发展的理论和方法论的借鉴将弥补规划学在法学理论上的发展不足,并将城市规划法的理想价值取向同我国法律实践有效链接.

The juristic and social value are of the major themes that the urban planning should concentrate on. This paper introduces the development and methodology of Jurisprudence of the Western world. The reference to the development and methodology of Jurisprudence will make up the lack of Jurisprudence in the theory of urban planning.
