摘要
根据OCR应用系统中二值图像应用的特点,介绍了一种利用连通性来去除二值图像中噪声的滤波算法,并与中值滤波和区域填充法进行了比较.试验表明,该方法在运行速度和去噪效果上都优于中值滤波和区域填充法,在该OCR系统的应用中具有很强的实用性.
A new efficient approach about connected area for the removal of impulse noise is presented on the characteristic of binary image in the OCR application system. The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm is particularly better than median - based filters and region fill filters in the speed and efficiency, which is useful to the application.
