摘要
在金属带传动中,将稀土永磁体按一定方式安装在带轮上,使其产生一定形式的磁场作用于金属带上,增加了金属带与带轮之间的摩擦力,同时带轮上永磁体的不同排列方式也产生了不同的磁场形态,使金属带产生的作用也不同.利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对磁场形态进行分析,并且建立了金属带受磁场力作用后横向振动以及扭转振动的力学模型.图8,表2,参8.
When the metal belt transmission with rare-earth permanent magnets assistance running,the permanent magnets distributed at interval on the pulley cause periodic excitation, which result in transverse vibration of the metal belt and so harmful to the metal belt transmission. The paper,with the analysis tools of the ANSYS finite element,first made a comparison between the two different ways of arrangements and installations of the rare-earth permanent magnets on the pulley so as to find the more reasonable magnet model, secondly, analyzed the influence of the magnetic force with interval changes to the metal belt, set up the equation of transverse vibration responses and tried to solve it, and finally, conduct numerical simulation with one example to transverse vibration of the metal belt. 8figs., 2tabs., 8refs.
