摘要
研究了以废铁渣、硅酸钠为原料,制备高效絮凝剂聚硅酸铁(PSF)的方法,确定了合理的生产工艺和操作条件.并对絮凝剂聚硅酸铁(PSF)处理工业废水的絮凝性能进行了研究,探讨了聚硅酸铁(PSF)处理工业废水的反应机理.结果表明:PSF具有良好的絮凝性能,CODCr和色度去除率提高约20%和25%,悬浮物SS去除率提高约15%,pH值的适用范围较大,用量较少,是一种比聚合硫酸铁(PFS)性能更优良的絮凝剂.表10,参7.
A new preparation method of high efficient flocculant polysilicate ferrite (PSF) with waste iron residue and water glass was studied, and the reasonable production process and operation conditions were determined. The flocculation property that PSF flocculant was used to treat industrial wastewater was studied. The reaction mechanism that PSF flocculant was used to treat industrial wastewater was discussed at the same time. The re,suits show that PSF flocculant has very well flocculation property, the removal ratio of CODα of PSF is higher about 20% than that of polyferric sulfate (PFS), the removal ratio of colority of PSF is higher about 25% than that ,3f PFS, the removal ratio of SS of PSF is higher about 15% than that of PFS, the range of pH of PSF is larger than that of PFS ,the usage of PSF is lower than that of PFS and PSF is a more better flocculant than PFS. 10 tabs., 7 refs.
