摘要
为了与新标准配套,通过测定8种9个批次食用植物油样品在不同温度下的折光指数,重新探讨了折光指数与温度的线性关系,并提出了在10℃-40℃范围内每差1℃时折光指数的新校正系数。
In order coordinate with new standards, the linear relationship between the refractive index and the temperature of edible vegetable oil was studied again, and the correct-factor of refractive indexes per 1℃ temperature changed was amended within the limits of 10℃ - 40℃.
