介绍了自我意识的概念、自我意识发展的阶段、关于意识的元认知理论、自我意识健全的标准和自我意识混乱的表现,阐述了完善自我意识的调控策略。
This article introduces the definition, developmental process, standard and confused expression of self-consciousness, and also discusses the adjustment methods of self-consciousness.
