摘要
建设良好的法制环境是反腐倡廉的治本之策。良好的法制环境主要表现在有健全、完善的法律制度体系,有正常、良好的法律秩序,全体公民具有较强的法制观念和法律意识,有依法办事的习惯。
Sound legal system environment is the premise of combating corruption and building a clean government. Sound legal system environment includes the following aspects, such as perfect legal system, good legal order, strong awareness of law and good habit of abiding by laws.
