摘要
教育评价及其标准反映了教育行为的不同价值取向。在教育评价中,学生及其家长的个人利益和家庭利益、学校自身及其所属主管行政部门的暂时利益和局部利益、国家的整体利益和长远利益,都会渗透其中,它们的侧重点各不相同,形成了国家倡导的以学生成长和发展为本位的新的评价标准和以学生升学为目标的世俗传统的评价标准。这两种教育评价标准对教育行为产生了冲突的甚至对立的导向作用,影响了新课程的实施。正确认识两者的冲突,扩大两者的共同点,寻求两者的最佳平衡点,是实施新课程改革的重要环节。
Education Evaluation and its criteria reflect the value of education activities. Due to the conflicts of different interests, such as the individual and family interests of the students and their parents, the temporary and local interests of the schools and the education administration authorities, the overall and long-term interests of the nation, which emphasize different aspects, two different evaluation systems are accordingly formed, namely, the students development-centered new evaluation system advocated by the state and the traditional evaluation system which sets its goal for entering schools of higher level education. These two different systems have produced conflicts, even antagonism in the education activities, thus greatly affect the implementation of the new curriculum reform, it is a very important issue to correct- ly recognize the conflicts between them, to broaden the common-ground and try to seek the best balance between the two.
