人工流产致继发性不孕症35例分析

Analysis of 35 cases of secondary sterility after srtificial sbortion

目的:探讨人工流产对继发性不孕的影响。方法:①有大月份流产史行诊断性刮宫术。②提高手术质量。③调节内分泌功能。结果:35例中有宫腔残留胎骨片2例,占5.7%;输卵管炎症与梗阻性病变17例,占48.5%;内分泌因素8例,占26.6%;精神因素8例,占26.6%。结论:只有提高人工流产手术质量,才能降低并发症的发病率。

Objective： To study the effect of the artificial abortion to the secondary sterility. Methods： Taking the diagnostic uterine curettage for the parturient who had abortive history in late pregnancy, adjusting endocrine function. Results： 2 of the 35 eases （5. 7% ） who were taken the diagnostic uterine curettage had rudimentary bone segments in the womb; 17 cases （48. 5% ） were with inflammation and obstruction in oviduct; 8 （26, 6% ） were endocrine dysfunction; 8 （26, 6% ） concerned with spiritual factor. Conclusion： Improving the operation quality and controlling the endocrine function may be the two important factors that reduce the secondary sterility after artificial abortion.
