单侧功能肺并发气胸临床诊疗措施21例分析

摘要目的：提高对单侧功能肺并发气胸的认识及紧急处理的能力。方珐：回顾性分析1995—2004年收治的21例单侧功能肺并发气胸患者的临床资料。结果：治愈18例，病死3例。结论：单侧功能肺并发气胸是呼吸科急症之一，应引起高度重视，及时明确诊断并采用胸腔闭式引流是提高治愈率的重要措施。
