带孔克氏针张力带钢丝内固定临床应用65例

Clinical application if Kirschner with a hole and tensile band wire

目的 改进传统克氏针张力带钢丝内固定技术。方法采用经特殊工艺加工的带孔克氏针张力带钢丝治疗了65例患者，其中髌骨骨折42例，尺骨鹰嘴骨折23例。男38例，女27例，年龄24～78岁，平均42岁。结果所有患者得到9个月至3年随访，疗效优良率达95％，骨折愈合100％。未发现有针尾触痛、针端戳破皮肤、内固定松动、脱落等现象。结论带孔克氏针张力带钢丝内固定的应用可减少传统克氏针张力带钢丝内固定的并发症，疗效确切，使用安全。

Objective To evaluate the technique of Kirschner with a hole and tensile developed trom the Kirschner tensile band wire. Methods Forty-two cases with fracture of patella and 23 cases with fracture of ulna oleeranon were successfully operated with this apparatus. Average age was 42 years old（range,24- 78 years） ,including 38 male patients and 27 females totally. Results Fracture healing rate was 100 % ,the rate of excellent and good result was 95 % after 9 months to 3 years follow-up. No tenderness,skin penetrating caused by the bolt ends, and loosen fixations were found. Conclusion This apparatus can be considered as a rigid,safe and effective method and can meet the biomechanics principle of the Kirsehner tensile band wire,complication of the Kirschner tensile band wire could be avoided by using this technique.
