玉金方胶囊临床应用300例疗效分析

Clinical study on yujinfang capsule treatment in antiaging effect

目的探讨抗衰老药物玉金方胶囊的作用机制并对其临床疗效进行观察。方法采用多个中心临床研究方法,将入选患者随机分为治疗组300例,服用玉金方胶囊2粒/次,3次/d;对照组118例,服用龟龄集胶囊2粒/次,1次/d,2个月为1个疗程。对比观察两组患者临床症状体征变化,以及肝肾功能、血脂、血糖、C反应蛋白(CRP)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)等检测指标。结果治疗组患者冠心病及衰老的临床症状消失或明显改善,总胆固醇和甘油三脂水平降低,SOD值回升,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论玉金方胶囊能明显改善冠心病的临床症状,降低血脂,增强机体免疫功能,延缓衰老。

Objective To explore the mechanism of yujinfang capsule and observe the clinical curative effect. Methods Multicentre study method, the patients enrolled were randomlized into treatment group and control group. 300 patients in treatment group were treated by yujinfang 2 grains for one time and three times a day;118 patients in control group were treated by guilinji 2 grains for one time and one time a day for two months when they received the same treatment as the control group. The efficacy and safety were evaluated with clinical biochemical parameters, including liver function, kidney function, blood fat, blood sugar, CRP, SOD and so on. Results After two months treatment the clinical symptoms of coronary heart diease and old-age and the level of SOD in treatment group were improved. The level of blood fat,blood sugar reduced. There was singnificant diference between two groups（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Yujinfang capsule has sound improvement of clinical symptoms in coronary heart diease patients and antiaging effect. The result also shows that it can enhance immume function.
