摘要
目的 探讨血清游离态前列腺特异抗原(F-PSA)和总前列腺特异抗原(T-PSA)及F-PSA与T-PSA比值(F/T)在前列腺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法采用ELISA方法测定28例良性前列腺增生(BPH)、21例前列腺癌(PCa)患者的血清F-PSA、T-PSA水平,并计算出相应的F/T值。结果两组患者T-PSA、F-PSA值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),其F/T比值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),在PSA的诊断灰区(T-PSA值4.0~10tμg/L),两组患者的T-PSA差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),但F-PSA、F/T比值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论F-PSA及F/T比值的测定,可提高PSA对BPH及PCa(尤其在PSA诊断灰区)鉴别诊断的特异性。
Objective To research the clinical value of serum-free PSA(F-PSA),total PSA(T-PSA) and F-PSA versus T-PSA(F/T) in differential diagnosis of BPH and PCa. Methods The level of serum-free prostate specific antigen and total prostate specific antigen were detected by ELISA in 28 cases of benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and in 21 cases of prostate caneer(PCa). And F-PSA/T-PSA ratio was calculated. Results The levels of serum T-PSA, F-PSA were significantly different in two groups( P 〈 0.05), and the ratio(F/T) had significant difference(P〈0.01) ,in the diagnostic gray zone of PSA(the T-PSA value between 4.0- 10.0μg/L),there was no significant difference of T-PSA among two groups(P 〉 0.05), but F-PSA and the ratio(F/T) was significantly dif: ferent(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion 'With the detected F-PSA and F/T ratio,it can improve the diagnosis specificity of PSA among BPH and PCa(especially within the PSA diagnostic gray zone).
