摘要
在对灌溉方案决策特点进行分析的基础上,提出了基于GSG体系的灌溉方案决策方法,通过群定权、单人模糊评判和群决策的步骤,对拟定的灌溉方案进行优选.该方法在充分发挥各个决策者见解的基础上,将个人的偏好集结成群体的偏好,实现灌溉方案的多人多目标决策.最后将该方法应用于实际.
Based on the analyses of decision of irrigation schemes, the decision method is given based on GSG system that can optimize the irrigation schemes by Group Weights-Making, Single Fuzzy Evaluation and Group Decision-Making. The method integrates everyone's preference into all decision-makers' preference and realizes multiple decision-maker and multiple objectsive decision, exerting everyone's opinions completely. At last, this method is applied in practice.
