摘要
一个地区高等院校的数量和水平,是该地区经济文化水平的重要指数。青岛在这方面与自身作为一个沿海开放城市极不相称。要扭转这个局面,必须放开手脚,积极引进国家和各院校来青岛创建大学,形成具有雄厚实力的大学群体,这是必要的,也是可行的。同时,挖掘高校内部的潜力,深化高校内部的改革,使大学群体以其教学和科研的强大优势,参与到地方经济文化发展的行列。
The quantity and level of higher educational institutes in a region are impor- tant indexes for evaluating economic and cultural level of the region. However, higher educational institutes of Qingdao cannot match it as a coastal opening city. To change this situation, we must actively introduce state and key universities to establish universities in Qingdao in order to form a university group, which is necessary and feasible. Meanwhile, we need to exert inner potential and deepen inner reform of universities here to put their advantages on teaching and scientific research into local economic and cultural development.
