摘要
高等学校内部评估(自我评估)是整个高等教育评估工作的基础。它既是高等学校在充分发挥办学自主权的前提下,形成自我发展、自我约束和自我完善的有效机制,也是自觉地接受来自政府和社会监督的基础。一个完善的高校内部评估机制包括评估对象与内容、评估主体、评估形式与方式、评估计划与实施,以及评估之后的改进与建设等。
University internal evaluation is the base of the whole higher education evaluation. It is not only an effective mechanism of self-development, self-discipline and self-improvement, on the premise that universities fully display school-running autonomy, but also a base that universities conscientiously accept supervision from government and society. A perfect internal evaluation mechanism in universities includes evaluation objects and contents, subjects, methods, plans and implementation, and the improvement and construction after evaluation, etc.
