对工作流技术的产生、体系结构及特点作了简要介绍,分析了公文流转的业务过程,提出了基于工作流控制的公文流转系统的设计方法,使得目前存在的公文流转系统中并未实现真正流程化的问题得以解决,对于具体公文流转的抽象、简化以及整个系统规划都进行了详细的阐述。

This paper makes brief introduction of the generation, architecture and features of the workflow technology, analyzes on the professional procedures of the official document circulation, and puts forward the design method of the official document circulation system based on the workflow control, which makes the problem of that the true circulating isn＇t realized in the current official document circulation system be solved, and expounds in detail the abstraction anti simplification of the concrete official document circulation and the planning of the whole system.
