摘要
根据泡桐属内10个种的双列杂交材料,用遗传值评定亲本和杂交组合,分析遗传值的表现规律得知,亲本对树高、胸径、枝下高和冠幅有较大影响。杂交育种中,母本的遗传作用大于父本;父母本的交互作用因性状而异,对树高影响最大,胸径其次,对枝下高和冠幅则没有影响。根据遗传值,可以评选出优良的亲本和杂种组合,取得一定的遗传改良效果,为泡桐杂交亲本的选配和杂种组合的选择提供理论依据。
The behaving rule of genetic value was analyzed, the diallel cross from 10 genera in Paulownia taken as materials, by genetic value assessing the hybrid combination and parents. The result showed that the parents had large effect on height, diameter of breast height (DBH), height under branch (HUB) and crown. In cross breeding, the effect of female parent on gene was greater than that of male parent, and the interaction of parents were different with characters, for example, it had the greatest effect on height, diameter of breast height was in the next, and it had no effect on height under branch and crown, among the characters. According to the genetic value, excellent parents and hybrid combination could be selected, gene improvement could be obtained, and rationale of the selected of Paulownia parents and hybrid combination was offered.
