摘要
小学生自信心的培养对他们的身心健康发展具有基础性作用。教师可以使用“赏识”教育来激发小学生的自信心,适当使用“挫折教育”以锤炼他们的自信心,帮助学生学会竞争,进而发展自信心,鼓励学生勇于克服困难以保护自信心,还应通过正确评价学生来巩固他们的自信心。
The training of students' self-confidence plays a fundamental role in students' mental and physical development. In terms of training, a teacher may use "recognition and appreciation education" to stimulate students' self-confidence and appropriately use "setback education" to temper seif-confidence; he may also assist students to participate in competitions developing their self-confidence, and encourage students to overcome difficulties protecting their self-confidence. By means of assessing students' achievements properly, students' self-confidence can be strengthened.
