摘要
介绍了移相全桥谐振变换拓扑,结构简单,成本低,效率高,容易实现软开关和较低的电磁干扰等特性。输出部分采用Class-E倍流谐振整流器,这种整流器适合工作于高频谐振变换器拓扑,具有低损耗、高效率、低EMI的特点,且倍流式结构,适合于低压大电流输出电路。分析了其工作原理并给出了仿真电路图和结果,最后实验结果验证了理论和仿真分析的正确性。
Phase-shift full bridge resonant converter for telecom power supply is presented. The proposed topology has fewer components, high efficiency and low EMI. The output uses class-E double current rectifier.The basic principle of the circuit is analyzed and the simulated circuit and results are given. Finally, the experimental results prove converter analysis.
