对利多卡因不同给药方式的药代动力学的探讨

摘要 用利多卡因配伍强地松龙,注入到星状神经节,治疗患新鲜面瘫病人10例,用FPIA(荧光偏振免疫分析仪)测定给药后不同时刻的动脉血药浓度,同时对利多卡因在体内动力学过程进行了探讨,均属二房室模型。用利多卡因配伍强地松龙,通过硬膜外阻滞,治疗患腰间盘突出等腰腿痛病人15例,其中7例病人所用利多卡因是用生理盐水稀释的,另8例病人所用的利多卡因用50%葡萄糖稀释,结果表明,用生理盐水稀释利多卡因组,其中3例为一房室模型,4例为二房室模型,而用50%葡萄糖溶液稀释的利多卡因组,药代动力学过程全部为一房室模型。 Lidocaine was injected into stellate ganglion for the patient with fresh facial palsy and epidural block anesthesia for the patients with lumbago and scelalgia in total 25 cases. The arterial bloor concentration of lidocaine was monitored by FPIA (fluorescence polarization immunoassay analyzer) and pharmacokinetic parameters of lidocaine were calculated. The results showed that in the first case the parameter of lidocaine fitted a two-compartment model.In the cascs of epidural block anesthesia,the results were different:in normal saline (group A) compartment model in some cases fitted as one or two-compartment model in others. However,lidocaine in 50% glucose solution(group B) fitted just as one-compartment model.
