鱼油制剂对实验性球囊血管成形术中血小板数量及粘附聚集功能的影响

Effect of Fish oil on Platelet Count and Function Platelet Adhesion and Aggregation in Experimental Angioplasty of Saccule

本实验建立了兔右髂动脉粥样硬化狭窄模型，观察鱼油制剂在球囊血管成形术中对血小板的影响。结果表明，本实验用药剂量对血小板数无影响，但能明显抑制血小板粘附、聚集功能，理论上有助于减轻成形术局部血小板与血管壁的相互作用，一定程度上抑制局部血栓形成及血管内膜平滑肌细胞增生。

Rabbit models of atherosclerotic stenosis of the right iliac arteries were established and effect of fish oil on platelet function in angioplasty were observed.The results showed that fish oil(dose used in experiment) didn't affect platelet count, but could markedly inhibit function of platelet adhesion and aggregation which could theoretically reduce interaction of platelet and vascular wall and could Suppress thrombosis and hyperplasia of smooth muscle cellsin arterial intima at angioplasty sites.
