中药青龙衣镇痛机制研究──青龙衣无机盐及其模拟成分对小鼠脑内5－羟色胺含量的影响

Study on the Analgesic Mechanism of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Qinglongyi

用荧光分光光度计观察了青龙衣无机盐和模拟成分硫酸钾等对小鼠脑内５－ＨＴ含量变化的影响。结果表明，青龙衣无机盐和硫酸钾均能使小鼠脑内５－ＨＴ含量明显增加。

This paper proved that the sylvite of Qinglongyi and potassium sulfate etc could obviously raise the content of serotonin in the brain of mouse,thus a basis for the new argument of the analgesic action of sylvite was provided.
