9FA联合循环机组考核试验分析及电站运行建议

摘要 介绍了以燃气—蒸汽联合循环电站整个动力岛为考核对象的9FA级双轴热电联供机组的性能考核试验方法,对此类型机组的循环系统、性能考核内容、性能计算方法及试验结果修正方法等特点进行了分析;在国内大批9FA级联合循环电站即将投入运行的背景下,根据国外运行经验,提出了今后运行中可能遇到的一些问题,包括:部分负荷下的机组性能优化、热电联供电站的最佳热电负荷分配、联合循环部件的性能劣化、燃机透平进口导叶裂纹扩展及失效等问题,并针对这些问题提出了运行建议。 The acceptance test method aiming at whole power island for a 9FA multi-shaft combined cycle cogeneration unit of a gas-turbine combined cycle plant is presented. The property of the combined cycle system, the performance test method, the performance calculation method, and the correction method for the test result are analyzed. Based on the operation experiences of oversea combined cycle plants, problems that will be encountered in operational combined cycle power plants are discussed, including performance optimization of a unit under part load, optimal distribution of thermload and electrical-load for a cogeneration power plant, performance degradation for the combined cycle components, crack and invalidation for a gas turbine inlet guide vane. The operational suggestions for solving those problems are also presented.
