虚拟企业的和谐管理

Hexie Management of Virtual Enterprise

从经济学和系统论两个方面对虚拟企业做了分析,指出虚拟企业是准市场企业,其实质是核心竞争能力的交换市场。只有把企业的资源组织起来,建立虚拟企业的和谐机制,实现企业的和谐管理,才能带来持续的竞争优势,为全社会带来帕累托改进。最后从虚拟企业的基本理论出发,在系统论、协同论、博弈论以及和谐管理理论的基础上提出了虚拟企业和谐管理的思想。

With the rapid development of the information technology,virtual enterprise is an important organization model in the twenty-first century. In this paper,the authors analyse virtual enterprise from two aspects, economy and systematology. The authors hold that virtual Enterprise is semi-market-enterprise,and the essence of virtual enterprise is the exchanging market with the core competence. Only woth the organization of the firm resources, the building of the Hexie mechanism and the realization of the Hexie management of Virtual Enterprise,sustained competitive advantage,and social pareto improvement will come consequently. Starting with the basic theory of virtual enterprise,the authors introduce Hexie management theory of virtual enterprise on the basis of systematology, synergetics, game theory and Hexie management theory.
