本文叙述了西安市天然气总公司4台法国进口10000m3天然气球罐在运行两年后进行的首次开罐检验情况,通过对检验方案、过程以及检验结果的分析,特别是与球罐安装检测结果的对比,得出了大型非后热处理球罐在选材时应选择具有较好断裂韧性的高强钢,结构设计应合理缩短球罐的整体焊缝长度,在安装时应合理安排安装工艺保证球罐较好的几何形状。

This article describes the first open inspection of the 4 set of 10 000m^3 Natural Gas Sphere Tanks in Xi＇an natural gas general company which were imported from France and were used almost two years. It analyses the inspection procedure and the inspection process and results, especially compare with the assembly results, so deduce that choosing high tenacity fractural tenacity steel, reduce the length of the sphere reasonably at construction design, and choose good assembly procedure for sphere good shape .
