摘要
对三个曾进行过防治的砷中毒病区进行了考核,认为燃煤污染型砷中毒的防治,应当在禁止开采和利用高砷煤的同时,改变原始落后的燃煤方式,改变食物干燥、贮存方法和不良的卫生习惯,在彻底切断砷源之后,方可进行适当的驱砷治疗;对于砷癌病人应早期发现、早期诊断、早期手术。
Three arsenism areas which were prevented and treated 17,18 and 29 years ago were assessed,Au- thor thinks that in order to prevent and treat the arsenism polluted by burning coal,while forbidding ex- ploitation and utilization of high arsenic coal,people who live in the endemic areas should be advised to improve their stove,the way of drying and storage of food after harvest,and bed habit for health.After arsenic sources are cut off thoroughly proper dispelled arsenic is useful.The main thing is for the can- cers caused by arsenic to detect early,diagnose early and operate early.
