摘要 自上个世纪30年代透明质酸发现以来,人类对其进行了大量的研究。其在美容、类风湿性关节炎及术后防粘连等方面发挥了很大的功效。目前,根据透明质酸的理化性质,国内外开始着手对其进行肿瘤治疗方面的研究,虽尚没有确切数据予以说明,但还是取得了一定的疗效。本文在前人研究的基础上,综合国内外文献,根据透明质酸与CD44受体的结合作用,通过对其降解,对抗其与CD44受体的结合等方法主要探讨透明质酸在人类肿瘤治疗中的作用。 Many researches have been made since the high molecule mass polysaccharide hyaluronic acid (HA) was discovered in 1930s. HA appears to be vitally important in cosmetic, rheumatoid arthritis, prevention of postoperative adhesions and so on. Though there have no reliable data for its mechanism of action for tumor therapy, recent work highlights a key role for interactions between HA and tumor cells in terms of its properties.This paper states the studies on physical and chemical properties of HA at home and abroad including degradation, interference of the reaction between HA and CD44. In this review, the contribution of HA in anti-tumour beyond CD44-HA interactions will also be introduced.
