摘要
半挂车往往会在土、沙、砾石路面、山区及森林、草原、湿地条件下行驶。在路面等级较低的条件下,使装载物稳定、安全地实现转运,是对半挂车的基本要求。由于路面不平,会造成半挂车装载质量受到地面激振力的作用,这种激振力会对车箱造成垂直、水平两个方向的振动。在机械振动学基本理论的基础上,对半挂车侧向振动进行了分析,得出了垂直、摆动振幅与地面激振力的关系。进一步分析,得出了装载物性质(质量、转动惯量)、弹簧刚度与地面性质、车速等的相互关系。并提出了通过调整各参数间的关系,可能采取的避振措施。
Semi-trailer is usually running on such roads as soil and sand road, mountain and forest in vertical and latera directions road, grass and wet land. Running under these road conditions, it is necessay to make sure safety of loaded goods. But the vehicle vibration would be stimulated by uneven ground. So this problem is analyzed based on the vibration theory and obtains the relationship among the vibration, the swing and the exciting force from ground.Further analysis, the relationship among the goods'mass, moment of inertia, rigidity, the condition of ground and driving speed are presented. Recommendations as how to avoid the vibration by regulating every parameter are put forward.
