摘要
为了考察铝合金硅烷化处理对粘接耐久性的影响,用高强度铝合金YL12作为基材,用HY-97 环氧结构胶粘剂把硅烷化处理和作为参考作用的铬酸盐与表面砂光处理的铝合金件胶接在一起,同时在温度为60℃,95%的相对湿度的湿热恒温箱中进行。16d的楔子试验,用光电子X-射线(XPS)分析了粘接断裂面,结果表明,仅作砂光处理的粘接件的裂纹扩展总长度最长,而硅烷化和铬酸盐处理的这两个粘接件的裂纹扩展总长度基本相当,分析表明,硅烷化处理粘接件的裂纹断裂能略高于铬酸盐处理的裂纹扩展能。
In order to evaluate the influence of silanization treatment on bonding durability,the silanizing high strength aluminium alloys backing,chromate and polished only treatment as a reference ware bonded with HY-97 epoxy structure adhesive together and the wedge test specimen of these bonded joint were at the same time exposed to a humid environment of 60℃ and 95% relative humidity(RH)in an isothermal environmental chamber for 16 days. Fracture surface were analysed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),the analysed results showed that total crack length of polished only treatment was longest,total crack length of silanization treatment corresponded to that of chromate treatment,analysis indicated that crack fracture energy of silanizing bonded joint was appreciably larger than that of chromate bonded joint.
