摘要
用乳液聚合法合成了BA、St、MMA、AA系四元共聚物,分别以氨水为中和剂对其进行氨化处理,制得了丙烯酸系共聚物水溶胶。研究了丙烯酸用量、乳化剂和交联剂种类及用量、氨化温度对水溶胶性质及涂膜性能的影响,制备了优质的水溶胶。
This article mainly introduces synthesis of hydrosol for paper surface using by emulsion polymerization. The copolymer which synthesized by BA,St,MMA,AA was inverted to hydrosol by ammoniating reaction. Study on the content of acrylic acid, the kind and content of emulsifier,the kind and content of cross-linking agent,the temperature of ammoniating reaction to the hydrosol properties had been carried on. The high quantity hydrosol was obtained.
