天然海洋生物胶粘剂的主要成份是蛋白质,由17种氨基酸组成,是由相同或不相同的多肽链组成的几种蛋白质聚合而成,主要由次级键和二硫键(可能存在着酯键)维持蛋白质结构的稳定。蛋白分子在一定酶存在下凝聚或互相穿插,并靠多肽链中氨基酸侧链功能极性基团与底材反应而交联固化。综述了海洋生物胶粘剂的研究进展。
Marine bioadhesives have been analyzed to ascertain 17 amino acids and appears to be a polymer consist of several similar or dissimilar polypeptides. It may be ascertained that the secondary bonds and the disulfide bond (may be ester bond)should play an important role in stabilizing the protein structure. These adhesives and hardening are caused intermolecular cross-linking of protein and reaction of many function groups of side chains on substrate surface with enzyme. The developments of marine bioadhesive were reviewed.
