Counter-measure Syndrome and Analysis Thought of Relative Syndromes in “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”

运用逻辑思维方法对《伤寒论》中的相关证作分析,以解决一些原文论述简单的病证或汤方证的正确辨证论治问题。运用相关证分析思维去推理反测某一病证的证候,从三方面进行探析,一是由相关的个别病证反测六经病一般病证的主要伴有症;二是由相关的一般病证反测兼证的主症或伴有症;三是由相关的个别的加减方证反测一般汤方的不适治证候或症状。这对于深入理解和认识病证或方证的病变本质、临床表现及互相关系等均大有裨益。

[Objective]The article makes analysis on the relative syndromes in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases with logical thought for correct differentiation of signs on the diseases simply stated and decoction and formula syndrome. To refer to and counter-test the signs of some syndrome with analysis thought of relative syndromes,it explores from 3 points：one is to counter-test the main accompanying symptoms of the general 6-channel diseases with relative individual syndromes ; second is to counter-test the main symptom or following ones of the accompanying symptoms with general relative diseases tthird is the syndromes or symptoms not fit to be treated with individual revised formula. These above are of great help to further understand and recognize lesion nature,clinical symptons and co-relation of diseases or formula syndromes.
