中药加克罗米酚治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕的临床观察

Chinese Medicine and Clomiphene Treat Dysfunctional Ovulatory Acyesis

[目的]探讨用中药加克罗米酚治疗排卵功能障碍性不孕的疗效。[方法]将排卵功能障碍性不孕的患者随机分为观察组58例,应用克罗米酚加中药治疗;对照组50例口服克罗米酚治疗。[结果]两组比较,观察组共受孕33例(56·89%);对照组共受孕13例(26%)。受孕率明显提高(P<0·01)。[结论]中药能减轻克罗米酚的副反应,改善机体内环境,从而提高受孕率。

[Objective] Explore the curative effect of Chinese drug and Clomiphene on dysfunctional ovulatory acyesis（DOA）.[Method] Divide the DOA patients randomly into observation group 58 eases, treated with Chinese drug and Clomiphene, and control group 50 cases, only taking orally Clomiphene. [Result] By comparison, 33 cases were pregnant in the observation group （56.89%）; while 26 for the control group（265）, The pregnancy rate was much better for the former, P〈0.01. [Conclusion] Chinese drug can reduce the side effect of Clomiphene, improve the internal environment of the human body, and thus raise the pregnancy rate.
