针刺结合硬膜外封闭治疗腰突症30例

Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc 30 Cases Treated with Acupuncture Combined with Extradural Blocking

目的观察针刺组和针刺加硬膜外封闭组的临床疗效。方法运用针刺加硬膜外封闭30例为治疗组,并与单纯针刺30例为对照组进行疗效对比观察。结果治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0·01)。结论针刺结合硬膜外封闭是治疗腰突症有效方法。

[Objective]Observe the clinical effect of the acupuncture group and the one of acupuncture＋ extradural blocking. [Method]Comparatively observe the curative effects of the treatment group with acupuncture＋ extradural blocking and the control group with only acupuncture. [Result]The treatment group is much better than the control group（P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]It is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc with acupuncture and extradural blocking.
