HPLC法测定盐酸西替利嗪分散片的含量

Determination of Cetirizine Hydrochloride in its dispersible tablets by HPLC

目的建立盐酸西替利嗪分散片含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调pH至3.0)-乙腈-甲醇(45∶25∶30)为流动相;流速为0.8ml·min-1;柱温35℃;检测波长为230nm。结果线性范围为60～140μg·ml-1,r=0.9999;平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.15%(n=9)。结论本方法简单、迅速、可靠。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of Cetirizine Hydrochloride in its dispersible tablets. METHODS Diamonsil C18 Column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used as the stationary phase,0.02mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate （adjust the pH value to 3.0 with phosphoric acid）-acetonitrile-methanol（45 ： 25 ： 30）was used as the mobile phase at 0. 8ml · min^-1 . The column temperature was 35℃. The detection wavelenth was 230nm. RESULTS The standard curve was proved to be linear in the range of 60- 140μg · ml^-1 , r =0. 9999. The recovery of method was 100. 0 %, RSD was 0.15 % （ n =9）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, fast and reliable.
