摘要
论文通过对现有的项目计划和度量手段的分析,引入运筹学领域的目标规划模型。力图通过一个数学的模型,来尽量准确地刻画软件项目计划中各个要素之间的关系。并通过对该模型中一系列的目标和约束方程式的求解,来找到软件项目开发计划过程中可以使项目人员调配、时间分配、项目成本、软件质量、项目完成期限、项目利润等一系列因素平衡的一个满意解。
In this paper,we will analyze the existing project plan and measurement and then import the object programming method in the operational research.We try to set up a math model to exactly depict the relationship between the elements in software project plan.And we will also try to find a best resolution to make the human resource management,time management,project cost,software quality,project deadline and project profit to be balanceable in the software development planning.
