摘要 由于汽车电控技术的广泛应用,对汽车内部通信网络的需求越来越大,整车运行参数共享已成为现代汽车网络的特点。一种基于CAN总线的通讯网络具有速度高、抗噪性强及通用性好等特点,尤其适合汽车应用。文章详细介绍了一种以80C196微控制器和82527独立CAN总线控制器为核心组成的CAN总线智能传感器节点的设计,其中在软件设计中给出了CAN控制器intel82527初始化、报文发送、报文接收的流程图。该智能节点已应用在混合动力柴油发电机组控制器中,满足了控制需要。 As the extensive application of the electronic control technology in automobile,the need for automobile internal communication network becomes more and more,and vehicle operational parameters sharing becomes the characteristic of modern automobile network.CAN communication network has the advantage of higher transfer rate, stronger noise resistance and good generality,etc.In this paper,intelligence node of CAN bus is designed based on Intel 80C196KC and Intel 82527,which contains hardware design and software design.For software ,CAN controller Intel 82527 initialization,message transmission,message receipt module state flowcharts are designed.The intelligence node has been applied in diesel engine and generator controller of hybrid electrical vehicle and the need of powertrain controller has been met.
