摘要 介绍了远程心电监护软件系统的总体架构,以及各个模块的设计与实现。在远程心电监护中,医院和医生可以随时随地得到患者的心电信号并进行计算机辅助诊断,实现对患者健康状况的监控。远程心电监护软件系统分为移动监护仪前端软件、医用PDA软件、医院中央服务器监控软件三个部分。前端软件负责数据采集,检测分析,GPRS/蓝牙数据发送;中央服务器监控软件实时接收患者的数据接入,计算机自动分析,调度医生的工作;PDA软件是作为于医生的移动心电信息处理平台。 In this paper,the frame of software system for remote heart monitoring is introduced,as well as the design and implementation of each module.With remote heart monitoring,hospitals and doctors can obtain patients' ECG every where and any time,and make a computer aided diagnosis,so health condition of patients can be monitored,Software system for remote heart monitoring is divided into three parts:front end software for mobile monitor device,monitor software for doctors in PDA,monitor software of server in monitor center.Front end software is used for data acquisition, signal detecting and analyzing,GPRS/bluetooth wireless transmission;server monitor software achieves real-time receiving patients' ECG,and computer auto-analyzing,scheduling doctors' task.PDA monitor software is used as a mobile ECG information processing platform for doctors.
