摘要
锅炉压力是锅炉燃烧控制系统中的一个极为重要的指标,同时也是保证锅炉安全运行的主要条件之一。传统的PID控制算法因其具有原理简单,易于实现,稳态无静差等优点而被广泛的应用到该类控制系统中,但是它在实践中遇到了许多的困难(如:不适应参数变化,超调大,抗干扰性能差等)。针对这种情况,提出模糊自适应整定PID控制算法。该算法保留了传统PID算法的优点,同时引入模糊控制在线整定PID参数。将其与串级控制相结合应用到锅炉蒸汽压力控制系统中进行仿真,仿真结果表明它优于常规的PID算法,有工程应用价值。
A boilerg pressure is one of the critical performances in the production field and is also one of the major conditions to ensure the boiler run in a safe way. It is true that traditional PID control algorithm is widely used in it because its principle is simple, it is easy to build and also it has no error in the steady state, etc. However, difficulties are tremendous in practice( such as: it does not have a good adaptability towards the change of parameters, it is inferior towards interference, ere). According to the above mentioned situation, a fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control algorithm is proposed which has retained the characters of regular PID control algorithm, at the mean time, fuzzy control algorithm is used to realize the on - line adjusting relative PID parameters. Combining the developed algorithm with cascade control system and then applying it into the boiler's pressure system for simulation ,the results show that the proposed algorithm is better than the regular PID control algorithm and is suitable for application in engineering projects.
