摘要
多相控制技术能满足高频低压大电流输出的应用场合对开关电源可靠性、效率和功率密度日益提高的要求。为了实现并联电路冗余和高精度均流控制,根据在不同并联模式下的多相控制开关电源的不同特点,该文提出了一种新型四相控制开关电源拓扑。针对新型电源的拓扑,采用了增强型V2(双压)控制方法。新型开关电源的工作频率得到了大幅提高,有利于减小功率损耗和电源的体积、重量。增强型V2控制方法除了有响应速度快和控制精度高的优点,相对于V2控制方法更解决了并联电路中均流控制的问题。最后运用PSPICE仿真验证了结果。
The multi - phase control can meet the increasing requirement of dependability, efficiency and power density of the low output voltage, high frequency and high output current condition. Based on the different specialties with multi - phase control switching - converter in different paralleling models, a novel four - phase control switching - converter topology which can realize the redundancy of parallel circuits and high precision of current - sharing is presented in this paper. Relative to this circuit, the enhanced V2 control is used. This circuit improves the working frequency, decreases the loss and the size of power. Enhanced V2 control not only has the advantage of high load response speed and control precision, but also solves the current sharing problem of the power. The conclusion is verified by using PSPICE simulation.
