摘要
【目的】寻求治疗股骨干骨折的理想内固定方法。【方法】根据股骨髓腔的解剖学特点与双向镍钛合金的特性,研制出双向记忆NiTi合金股骨髓内接骨板(FINTP),采集湿润成年尸体股骨标本,进行生物力学分析,并与传统的梅花针(PBN)、交锁髓内钉(GK)对照比较。【结果】抗弯、抗扭强度实验组比对照组PBN优越,两者具有显著差异(P<0.01),与GK钉比较,抗扭转能力没有区别。【结论】FINTP有良好的生物力学性能,无应力遮挡作用,且操作简便、固定牢靠,为日后临床应用提供理论基础。
[Objective]To find a new way to fix femoral shaft fracture. [Methods]According to characteristics of femoral medullary cavity and two ways shape memory effect of NiTi alloy, femoral intramedullary NiTi Plate (FINTP) was designed to treat femoral shaft fracture. Four pairs of fresh adult femur were used for FINTP , compared with PBN and Grosse-kempf(GK) nail in biomechanic features. [Results]The FINTP was stronger than the PBN( P〈0.05) ,and the same as GK nail. [Conclusion]The FINTP has a better biomechanic feature and no stress shielding. It has the advantage of simple manipulation and stable result to fix femoral shaft fracture,and provides reliable basis for clinial use.
