开放性胫骨骨折术后并发症的临床分析(附48例报告)

Clinical Analysis of Postoperative Complications of Open Tibial Fractures in 48 Cases

【目的】探讨开放性胫骨骨折并发症的形成原因和处理方法。【方法】分析开放性胫骨骨折术后并发症48例临床资料。【结果】23例感染、4例延期愈合者和14例骨不连者均全部愈合;12例畸形愈合者,9例纠正,3例拒绝手术治疗未愈;17例关节僵硬者,功能恢复优良。【结论】开放性胫骨骨折并发症大多由严重的损伤和医原性失误所致,治疗的方法和内固定物的选择是预防的关键。

[Objective]To investigate the causes and treatment of complications of open tibial fractures. [Methods]Forty eight cases of open tibial fractures were analyzed. [Results]Infection in 23 cases, nonunion in 14 cases, delayed union in 4 cases were recovered. The 9 malunion cases out of 12 were retrieved and 3 cases refused the treatment, so unhealed. The function of 17 stiff joints recuperated well. [Conclusion]Severe injury and iatrogenic unsuitable treatment are the main causes of complications in open tibia fractures. Suitable method and material selection are essential for prevention of complications in open tibial fractures.
