成型机成型鼓主轴的主要功能是带动成型鼓旋转,完成鼓肩(侧鼓)的轴向移动功能,提供中鼓充气、反包胶囊及助推胶囊充气和胎圈锁定等7条气路,实现角定位0位检测等功能。文中主要叙述了为使成型鼓主轴完成上述功能对其进行的结构设计与研究。
