摘要
对6个抗枯萎病性能不同的黄瓜品种根系分泌物进行了收集和测定,采用培养基培养的方法研究其对黄瓜枯萎病病原菌孢子萌发、菌丝生长及病原菌生物量的影响。结果表明,抗病品种根系分泌物对以上3项指标有显著的抑制作用,感病品种则有显著的促进作用,中抗品种没有明显作用。抗病品种根系分泌物中糖类物质含量亦明显低于感病品种,中抗品种则介于两者之间。
The root exudates from 6 cucumber cultivars with different resistance to Fusarium wilt were collected, and their effects on pathogen spore germination, mycelium growth and biomass were tested with medium culture. The results showed that the root exudates from resistant cultivars had significant suppression to the three indexes mentioned above. The root exudates from susceptible ones had an opposite effect to the pathogen. The sugar content in the root exudates of susceptible cultivars was much lower than that of resistant ones.
